4. Course Enrolment
4.1 Enrolment Process
By submitting an enrolment form and payment, you are making an offer to purchase a course. The contract is formed when we confirm your enrolment.
4.2 Course Fees
Course fees are as stated on our website at the time of enrolment. All fees are exempt from VAT as education and vocational training.
4.3 Payment Plans
Payment plans are available by arrangement. If you default on a payment plan, we reserve the right to suspend access to course materials until payment is received.
5. Cancellation and Refunds
5.1 Cooling Off Period
You have 14 days from the date of enrolment to cancel and receive a full refund, minus a £50 administration fee. After this period, refunds are at our discretion.
5.2 Partial Refunds
If you withdraw after the cooling off period, we may offer a partial refund depending on how much of the course has been accessed. Contact us to discuss your circumstances.
6. Course Delivery
6.1 Distance Learning
Courses are delivered via distance learning through our online platform. You are responsible for ensuring you have adequate internet access and equipment.
6.2 Tutor Support
Tutor support is included in your course fee. Tutors aim to respond to queries within 5 working days and mark assignments within 10 working days.
6.3 Completion Timeframes
Most courses have a maximum completion time of 4 years. Extensions may be granted in exceptional circumstances at our discretion.
7. Assessment and Qualifications
7.1 Assessment
Assessment is through written assignments and case studies marked by your tutor. You must achieve the required standard to pass.
7.2 Certificates and Diplomas
Upon successful completion, you will receive the appropriate certificate or diploma. Accreditation with external bodies (IICT, FNTP) is subject to their membership requirements.
8. Student Conduct
You agree to engage with your studies honestly and ethically. Plagiarism or dishonesty in assignments may result in course termination without refund.
9. Course Materials
9.1 Access
You have lifetime access to course materials you have purchased. This means you can continue to access them after completing your course.
9.2 Copyright
Course materials are protected by copyright. You may not share, reproduce, or distribute them without our written permission.
10. Limitation of Liability
Our courses provide education in nutritional therapy, which is a complementary approach. We do not guarantee any particular career or health outcomes. Nothing in these terms excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.
11. Important Notice
Nutritional therapy is a complementary approach and is not a substitute for medical advice or treatment. Our courses do not qualify you as a medical practitioner. Nutritional therapists do not diagnose, treat, or cure disease.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be available on our website.
13. Governing Law
These terms are governed by English law. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
