What you'll learn

This course teaches you to understand nutrition at a cellular level - how nutrients reach cells, how the body maintains balance, and how to assess each person as an individual to create effective nutritional protocols.

You'll develop the skills to take comprehensive case histories, interpret findings, and design staged nutritional programmes. The course covers both the scientific mechanisms and the naturopathic principles that underpin effective practice.

By the end, you'll have a coherent framework for working with clients - not just knowledge of individual nutrients, but a complete methodology for assessment and support.
